Demonstrate tools for capturing attention to allow students to absorb and learn the information. Describe specific strategies for Social Studies content delivery that center on brained-based learning, multiple intelligences, storytelling and humor as methods of instruction. Share teacher-created methods to enhance learning in the classroom, especially through song and movement. Provide assignment examples that empower students with voice and choice, accommodate learning styles and increase their desire to learn Social Studies specific literacy skills.
